Each new and renewing stop loss account goes through a thorough review of all documentation involved in the underwriting process. The primary goal of this review is to ensure that the policy is issued and managed to meet client expectations.  Then prior to releasing the policy, we conduct a comparison of the Plan Document against the pending policy to identify any previously unknown exposures.  If we identify any new exposures, we work with the broker, TPA and client to correct these exposures prior to a policy issue.

The administrative team is available to assist with any policy coverage or billing challenges that may arise within our client’s self funded plans.
